Is’nt it great that cooking can be so much fun! Loved the film. A good dish of spicy prawns has to be one of my favourites, especially this weather – they make a lovely summery curry, I always think. I love the sourness of Dhansak, but don’t make many – I will have to change that. Prawn Korma is on our menu for Saturday actually, using the recipe on my site. Looking forward to it!

Well, I am not going to watch the video in the wireless cafe (Bijeljina, Bosna) but will definitely do so when I return home. Just a few extra minutes waiting to be picked up. Trying to catch up on e-mail and posting our holiday so far. We made the most amazing sausages this morning.
