Great to see you back in cooking action, Mike. I loved this post and I’m a vegetarian!
I don’t get notifications when you post, anymore, like i used to. Odd… but you got a comment on an old post today and that popped up in my mailbox, so came on over to see what you are up to. Haven’t posted for a while, I see – sadly – but LOVED this video. This is exactly how we would make a Canadian prairie stew, but with beef and no lemon at the end. Maybe a turnip would go in. Maybe not. Loved the music and the clarification at the end… laughed out loud a couple of times. FUN!
